STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Defense Army serviceman Narek Patatanyan, who was born in 1997, sustained a fatal gunshot wound on Friday at around 1pm.

Patatanyan was mortally wounded in an NKR Defense Army central control military unit, and under yet unclear circumstances.

An investigation is underway to find out the details of this incident, informed the Artsakh defense army press service.
