Moscow regrets that the United States has left the dialogue on Syria. The Kremlin hopes that political wisdom will prevail, and contacts with Washington especially on sensitive issues will continue, reports the RIA Novosti referring to the Russian President's press secretary, Dmitry Peskov.

To the question whether the recent events mean a beginning of a crisis in diplomatic relations between Russia and the US, Peskov said that he wouldn’t intensify the situation, even though Russia regrets about the US departure from the dialogue on Syrian cease-fire.
