YEREVAN. - At the invitation of the Mayor of Yerevan Taron Margaryan, Mayor Anne Hidalgo of Paris has arrived in Yerevan on an official visit.

Mayor Margaryan welcomed his Paris counterpart in the Zvartnots International Airport.

Thanking Ms Hidalgo for accepting the invitation, the Mayor expressed conviction that this visit will become a new beginning for the efficient cooperation between the two capitals.

For her part, Anne Hidalgo congratulated the upcoming holiday of Yerevan, noting that Paris also attaches importance to the cooperation with Yerevan, there being mutual potential for this.
