Canadian David De Meulles managed to video record an “odd couple,” as a giant polar bear was patting a dog on its head in Churchill, Canada, reported CBC News.
And the dog was not afraid of the bear, and it was very kind.
“I had no idea what was going to happen,” said De Meulles. “And then sure enough he started petting that dog, acted like he was a friend.”
In his words, however, there were a tense few moments as a polar bear appeared and walked over to one of several dogs chained up.
