Boeing 777 of Qatar Airways airline heading from Miami to Doha, crash-landed at the Zurich airport at about 11:00 on Saturday, TASS reported quoting Swiss newspaper Blik.

According to the newspaper, the reason of the emergency landing was the smoke in the cockpit. The aircraft circled in the sky over Switzerland for half an hour, probably in order to burn fuel. Several fire-fighting brigades were expecting the plane on a runway.
