The meeting between the Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers and the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs (Russia, France, U.S.) may take place in near future.

Permanent representative of Russia to the OSCE, Alexander Lukashevich, said the aforementioned during a telebridge with Vienna on Tuesday.

“We think there is a prospect for such a meeting to take place between the Minsk Group Co-Chairs and ministers,”he said at the press-conference.

As reported earlier, the Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers Edward Nalbandian and Elmar Mammadyarov met in Hamburg under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group.

The Minsk Group, established in 1992, is the only format of talks on the Karabakh conflict settlement. It includes Russia, U.S. and France.
