Former U.S. Ambassador to Armenia John Evans commended Nagorno-Karabakh Ombudsman Ruben Melikyan for his visit to Azerbaijani citizen Elnur Huseynzadeh who had been arrested during the diversion infiltration attempt.
“The world can only applaud when captured/arrested are treated with dignity/respect. Needs to be mutual, though,” Evans replied to Ruben Melikyan’s tweet.
