YEREVAN. – President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah IV Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
The Armenian leader congratulated emir on Kuwait’s National Day, president's office said in a statement.
