STEPANAKERT. – The adversary violated the ceasefire along the line of contact between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani opposing forces more than 100 times, from late Wednesday night to early Thursday morning.

During this time the Azerbaijani armed forces fired around 1,200 shots toward the Armenian position-holders, and with mortars, grenade launchers and shooting weapons, the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR) Defense Army informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

In particular, the adversary fired 51 shells from rocket artillery, mortars and grenade launchers, in the southeastern, eastern, and northeastern directions of the line of contact.

But the Artsakh defense army vanguard units continue confidently carrying out their military watch, and they take actions in response, if needed.
