According to the information at Zhamanak daily’s disposal, Armenian authorities intend to appoint former police chief, Head of Penitentiary Department under Armenian Justice Ministry Hayk Harutyunyan to the post of Governor of Gegharkunik Marz. The reason for it may be that Harutyunyan was born in this region.
