Georgia is determined to peacefully restore its territorial integrity, country’s President Mikheil Saakashvili said at the OSCE summit, NEWS.am correspondent reported.

“Peace is the only method to achieve our goals. I call on Russia to hold talks instead of being engaged in controversy but Moscow refuses to do so,” he said.

According to him, Georgia will use self-defense in case of Russia’s new intrusion.

“No one except for our country states that part of our territory is occupied. However, I hope that peace and cooperation will be established in the region with the help of OSCE,” Georgian leader stated.

Saakashvili also accused Russia of build-up of armaments.
