On December 2, Los Angeles police announced it offers a reward for information on a killer of young Armenian. The murder was committed on October 17. Police offered $50,000 for details about the assailant who killed 18-year-old Vardan Avatyan, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Avatyan and his friends were standing at the bus stop in the North Hollywood when a Latino man came up and started shooting, press service of LA police reported.
Avatyan was hospitalized and died a short time later.
