Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to relieve Samvel Mkrtchyan from the post of Head of the Armenian Delegation to NATO.
Under another presidential decree, Armen Yedigaryan was appointed to the post (residence in Brussels), RA Presidential press service informed NEWS.am.
