Stabbing occurred Friday night near the Meghri customs checkpoint of Armenia, on the border with Iran, and three people were hospitalized.

A forensic medical examination has been commissioned into this incident.
The suspect has turned himself in to the police.
The Investigative Committee of Armenia is investigating this case.
