Turkey does not rule out the possibility of constructing the second nuclear power plant Russia, Turkish First Deputy Energy and Natural Resources Minister told the reporters in Istanbul, on December 15.
“The construction works of the NPP are in the initial stage. We successfully worked on the construction project with Russia. Why should not we cooperate in building the second NPP,” the Turkish official told the reporters.
