On December 17, Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Karine Ghazinyan received Janos Terenyi, Hungary’s Coordinator for the Eastern Partnership program, and Hungarian Ambassador to Armenia Gabor Shagi (residence in Tbilisi).

Janos Terenyi spoke of priority issues for Hungary during its presidency in the EU which starts in January 2011, RA foreign office press service informed NEWS.am. The Hungarian delegation presented its approaches to the issues related to multilateral cooperation within the Eastern Partnership program. The sides also discussed the agenda of the Eastern Partnership summit to be held in Budapest next May. The officials also touched upon talks on the EU association agreement. Karine Ghazninyan spoke of Armenia’s approaches, stressing authorities’ readiness to expand Armenia-EU relations.
