The fifth unit of Hrazdan Thermal Power Station (TPS) was to operate this year. However, it was put off for technical reasons, Anatoly Podmishalsky, chief of Gazprom’s division in charge of relations with the near abroad, told a briefing on December 21.
“We are seeking to solve problems for the fifth unit to be put into operation in first quarter of 2011,” Podmishalsky noted.
