WikiLeaks was created by American special services, it is one of the projects of Department of State, Ara Sargsyan, Deputy Director of the Russian Academy of Geopolitical problems, said at today’s press conference.

“It is known that prior to publishing it in foreign press WikiLeaks documents are sent to   Department of State. If the foreign office considers them advantageous to U.S., the files are sent back to the media outlets. You can see no material that can damage U.S. image, it is a process managed and sanctioned by the country,” Sargsyan noted.

According to him, the U.S. authorities simply do not want to initiate criminal proceedings against Julian Assange.
