Armenian IT-companies seek to enhance their service and personnel quality, Samvel Gevorgyan, Director, Business Support Center (BSC), told NEWS.am. He pointed out that any of the participants in the workshop on client servicing and sales promotion in the IT sector, organized by the Union of Information Technology Enterprises (UITE) and USAID Competitive Armenian Private Sector (CAPS) project, wished to discuss the enhancement of service quality wit BSC experts.

Gevorgyan pointed a low rate of reforms in Armenia’s IT sector, which is a priority in Armenia. Small and medium businesses show an especially low level of IT application.
