ARF Dashnaktsutyun has published a brochure on Armenia’s 2011 budget and socio-economic policy of the Government.

The brochure notes that 2011 budget is not an initiative one, it does not provide for considerable growth of primary (salary) and secondary (pensions, benefits) income of the citizens, does not stimulate small and medium business, as well as business skills of the citizens. It is also mentioned that budget does not provide for equal competition, does not further formation of the economic structure aimed at perspective development.

It is underscored that Armenia is faced with crisis of economic management. This crisis is manifested in all spheres, from inefficient use of natural resources (water, soil, mines) up to decision-making by the authorities.
