YEREVAN. – Overall 102 deputies out of 105 attend the special session of the Armenian parliament on Tuesday.
Two deputies from Tsarukyan faction Ishkhan Zakaryan and Melik Manukyan as well as Grigor Avalyan form the Republican Party of Armenia are absent.
