If able, the Council of Europe (CE) will be happy to contribute to the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process, CE Secretary-General Thorbjørn Jagland told the APA News Agency.
He pointed out that the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process is going on within the OSCE Minsk Group.
