Russia plans to build mutual respect and mutually beneficial relations with Turkey under the rule of newly elected President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, spokesperson for the Russian foreign ministry said.
The relationship will be build based on the principles envisaged by bilateral documents, Maria Zakharova said during the weekly briefing.
