Unidentified persons have fired shots toward the US embassy in Turkey, reported CNN Turk.
The shots were from a car without license plates.
Eyewitnesses reported about four to five shots.
There is no information about any wounded or material damage.
Capital city Ankara police are searching for the assailants.
