YEREVAN.- Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan instructed Armenian First Deputy Prime Minister Ararat Mirzoyan to start developing of constitutional reforms and transitional justice.
"In parallel with my current work duties, the Prime Minister instructed me to start developing of constitutional reforms, Electoral Code reforms and transitional justice," Mirzoyan wrote on his Facebook page.
