YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Central Electoral Commission invited a delegation of observers from the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of Europe (CLRA) to monitor the snap elections to the Council of Elders of Yerevan set for September 23.
The decision was made during the August 27 meeting of the Commission.
The Commission also discussed appointment of the members of electoral commissions.
