YEREVAN. – Armenia is ready to support all the nations in the peaceful settlement of the conflict, PM Nikol Pashinyan said in an interview with Georgia's FIrst Channel when asked about the occupation of Georgia 's territory and the situation in the region.

Pashinyan noted that one has to be cautious when speaking about conflicts.

“We have to talk about the common perception of the conflict in our region and throughout the world. Our position is that all conflicts must be resolved peacefully, through peaceful negotiations. We see our role in supporting all those partners who are on this path.

At the same time, I believe that all conflicts are unique. There are no similar conflicts. We must be careful when talking about conflicts,” Pashinyan said.

He said Armenia’s position is clear:  we are talking about a formula for the settlement of the conflict, which should be common to all conflicts and which excludes the settlement of the conflict by force and an attempt to resolve the conflict with the use of force.

“We are ready to do this in case of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and we are also ready to support any other country in resolving the conflict through negotiations and peacefully,”
