Interest in Armenia is enormous today.

President Armen Sarkissian on Monday stated the aforementioned at his talk with students at Mkhitar Sebastatsi Educational Complex in capital city Yerevan. He noted this when asked whether Armenia’s standing had truly risen.

“What took place in Armenia, the revolutionary change, took place in a very rare way: without human casualties and victims; this is a very unique phenomenon,” Sarkissian added. “Most of our compatriots are very happy and have expectations; and that expectation is the duty of us all. We have no right not to fulfill those expectations.”
