YEREVAN. – Deputy governor of Ararat province Hayrapet Babayan has handed over his resignation to the Armenian PM on Wednesday.
In his statement Babayan, who is a member of ARF Dashnaktsutyun party, said that PM’s managing approaches are unacceptable.
