YEREVAN.- Member of the Civil Contract party Hakob Arshakyan will be appointed as Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies of Armenia, Arshakyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Hakob Arshakyan is a member of the Civil Contract party since 2015.
