Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu supported the plan of Brazil's President-elect Jair Bolsonaro to move the embassy to Jerusalem.
In a tweet Bolsonaro said as stated previously during his campaign Brazil will move the embassy from Tel-Aviv to Jerusalem, the Guardian reported.
“Israel is a sovereign state, and we shall duly respect that,” he said.
Netanyahu welcomed the move calling it “ a historic, correct and exciting step!”
