PreferredArmenian acting FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan will take part in the joint meeting of the OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) Ministerial Council on November 7-8 in Astana, the press service of the Foreign Ministry of Armenia reported.
