Osman Tuncel, an officer of the Turkish Embassy in Congo committed a suicide.
The embassy officers Nihat Jihan and Osman Tuncel had problems for a long time, Milliyet daily reports. Tuncel entered the study of the Ambassador and fired at himself.
The 28-year-old diplomat has been serving at Turkish Foreign Ministry since 2006.
