A big friend of the Armenian people, Frank Engel were elected chair of the largest party in Luxembourg - the Christian Socialist Democratic Party - with 54% of the vote, leaving behind his rival Serge William with 46% of the vote.

The 43-year-old Frank Engel previously served as party secretary, since 2009 he has been represented in the European Parliament.

After being elected head of the largest party in Luxembourg, Engel announced the need to work together to make the party truly democratic.
