North Korea wanted all sanctions lifted, but US refused, said the US President Donald Trump.

"I could’ve signed today but I want to do it right than do it fast,” Euronews reported quoting Trump.

According to him, Kim Jong Un promised not to conduct nuclear and missile tests.

Trump, in his turn, said that the US will soon conduct inspections of North Korean nuclear facilities.

According to Trump, the US and North Korea held a very productive summit. The US president added that the summit ended on a friendly note, despite the differences.

The head of the White House considers it important to cooperate with Russia, China, South Korea and Japan on the North Korean issue.
