The US court on Monday suspended the decision of the Trump’s administration of sending some asylum seekers back across the southern border to wait out their deportation cases in Mexico, Reuters reported.
The court suspended the government program aimed at stopping the influx of immigrants into the country. This decision will take effect on Friday according to the decision of District Judge Richard Seaborg in San Francisco.
The injunction will be applied nationwide.
