NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree releasing colonel Tiran Khachatryan from the post of the commander of the Artsakh Republic N military unit.
According to another presidential decree, colonel Mikayel Arzoumanyan was appointed commander of the Artsakh Republic N military unit according to a five year term contract, NKR presidential press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
