The Sanitek company is ready to search for a common language with the Yerevan city administration, but under certain conditions, said Sanitek director Nicholas Tawil during the online press conference.

According to him, there are two possible solutions - short-term and long-term. The first is to stop the charges and continue cooperation. The company is also ready to make investments in the amount of $ 4 million to purchase new machines and containers, annually purchase 500 containers, modernize the fleet, introduce corporate management methods, increase transparency and monitoring.

The company is committed to finding the best solution for all parties, he said also announcing the preparations for international arbitration.
