On March 30, NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree awarding Nikolay Vanyan posthumously with the Battle Cross Order of the second degree, for exclusive brevity shown while defending the Motherland and personal courage, NKR presidential press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
