To provide services for round-the-clock care of elderly people, as well as persons with disabilities who are already 18 years old, it is planned to allocate over AMD 2.5 billion from the state budget for 2020, said Armenian Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Zaruhi Batoyan on Friday at a joint meeting of the standing parliamentary commissions during the preliminary discussion of the draft state budget for 2020. 

Compared to 2019, expenses increased by almost AMD 363.5 million.
