Former Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, Yuri Khachaturov, has joined the Kamq public movement’s signature campaign against the Istanbul Convention. Vahagn Chakhalyan, coordinator of the Kamq initiative wrote about it on his Facebook page.
