British police on Monday detained another man suspected of unintentional murder as part of an investigation into the death of 39 Vietnamese, RIA Novosti reported referring to the police in Essex County.

Essex police said a 36-year-old man from Purfleet was detained on Monday.

He was detained this morning in a house in Dalston, East London, on suspicion of unintentional murder, conspiracy to illegally transport people and conspiracy to carry out illegal immigration, as part of our investigation into the death of 39 Vietnamese, police reported.

Law enforcement officials also noted that the suspect is currently in custody for interrogation.

Essex County Police on October 23 found 39 dead in a truck that arrived in the UK from Belgium. The victims were initially considered to be Chinese citizens, but then it turned out that they were Vietnamese. Police detained several people, including a truck driver, 25-year-old Maurice Robinson, from Northern Ireland.
