A fire broke out in the Arabkir service office of the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre of Armenia, Armenian Emergency Situations Ministry press service reported.
Four fire brigades departed for the fire. The fire was extinguished by the forces of citizens.
Rescuers evacuated 250 people, no injuries reported yet.
