Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan today received Deputy Secretary-General of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Ludger Schuknecht.
Greeting Mr. Schuknecht, the Deputy Prime Minister attached importance to the constructive cooperation with the OECD on different platforms and presented the past and future reforms for improvement of tax administration and the business climate.
Deputy Secretary-General of the OECD Ludger Schuknecht expressed gratitude for the reception and emphasized that the OECD has established fruitful cooperation with Armenia.
The interlocutors attached importance to Armenia’s accession to the OECD Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) platform this year, and the Deputy Prime Minister stated that the Government of Armenia attaches importance to Armenia’s accession and has incorporated it as an action in the roadmap for implementation of the EU-Armenia Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement.
