On December 19, at 7:37pm, the 911 service of Armenia was informed that a person was on Victory Bridge in capital city Yerevan, and attempting to commit suicide.
One rescue team and a psychiatric counselor left for the scene.
Rescuers, along with police officers, prevented the suicide attempted of Hovhannes Kh. (born in 1995).
He was taken to a police station.
