It is a great honor for me to award the Prime Minister's letter of gratitude to the only resident of Norshen village, Vahandukht Melkonyan, who was on hand at the meeting on [ancient] capital city Ani. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan noted this on Facebook and also posted a respective video.
Vahandukht Melkonyan, the only resident of Norshen village, was the main figure of the first episode of the program, entitled "Life on the Turkish Border," aired on RFE/RL.
