YEREVAN. – At the meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Yerevan State University (YSU) today, the board members voted in favor of the decision to establish an American Research Center under the YSU Faculty of International Relations.

YSU Acting Rector Gegham Gevorgyan said that he will be at the University of Arizona on January 11, where he will sign an agreement on funding this center, the YSU had applied for a respective grant and won it.

American Studies will be conducted and a Master's Degree program will be offered at this center.
