YEREVAN. – If we really have a Constitutional Court judge who doesn't attend the hearings, that's a problem. Armenia Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan said this at a press conference today, answering the question whether Constitutional Court judge Vahe Grigoryan’s not attending the sessions of the court is a problem.

"It’s another matter as to by what motivation, how this is explained, what consequences there may be, which bodies can deal with that, in general, is a problem," he added.
