YEREVAN. – The point system for drivers has flaws all over the world, but its preventive potential is great, and the culmination of reform should not be considered the adoption of the law. Hovhannes Kocharyan, Former Deputy Chief of Police of Armenia, wrote about this on Facebook.

"Let's not forget that the main purpose of the new legislative solutions is to protect the lives and health of our citizens," he also wrote. "The politicization of this law is unacceptable; it is a security document."
