Armenian President Armen Sarkissian sent a telegram of condolences to the Sultan of Oman, Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, in connection with the death of Sultan Qaboos bin Said.
According to the president, the Sultan was a leader who spared no effort to strengthen regional and international peace and stability with his wisdom and balanced activities.
Sarkissian expressed his deepest condolences and wished the perseverance and patience.
